Drop-in participation welcome! \n\n\n\nWild Goose (“Dayan” 大雁 in Chinese) Qigong is an ancient Chinese Taoist movement art that nurtures one’s inner energy – Qi – and restores a healthy mind and body. The 64 movement first set mimics the wild goose\, a highly revered animal of ancient China. With regular practice one can learn to access Qi for self-healing\, restore vital energy\, and strengthen one’s immune system to promote a healthy\, balanced\, and long life.
