All sampled teas will also be available for purchase in our Yun Shui Teahouse.  \n\n\n\n\nBook a Tasting\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet Tea Master in Residence Eric Arthur\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn the last 15 years\, Eric Arthur has journeyed from hating tea\, being surprised by it\, to obsessing over it. Explore different flavor profiles and preparation methods using traditional gaiwans and teaware. You’ll learn about the history\, cultivation\, and traditions that have evolved over centuries from ancient China—and how other cultures adapted these practices for their own people.  \n\n\n\nAfter your 1-hour tasting\, you’ll receive a porcelain teacup to continue your journey at home. All sampled teas will also be available for purchase in our Yun Shui Teahouse.  \n\n\n\n\nBook a Tasting\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet Tea Master in Residence Eric Arthur\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn the last 15 years\, Eric Arthur has journeyed from hating tea\, being surprised by it\, to obsessing over it. While hosting tea tastings\, he blends the knowledge\, lore\, grace\, and fun of tea to perfection. His skill in pouring tea is heavily influenced by being a practitioner of Tai Chi for 20+ years\, moving and partnering with the leaf and its energy.
