This program is part of our Threading Together: AANHPI Traditional Attire Exhibit. \n\n\n\nOn May 8\, step into traditional Korean style with Kyungmi Kay Lee. \n\n\n\nExplore the meaning\, history\, and cultural significance of the garments featured in our exhibition through conversation and shared storytelling. Engage with cultural representatives\, ask questions\, and enjoy a show and tell display of additional pieces that deepen the connection between dress and identity\, heritage\, and artistry. \n\n\n\nWhether you are curious about fabrics\, symbolism\, or the people behind the garments\, this experience invites you to look closer and connect more deeply with the living traditions they represent. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet Our Program Partner: Kyungmi Kay Lee \n\n\n\nKyungmi Kay Lee is a Portland-based writer and former business coach who worked with small business owners for many years. After receiving a Korean American Literature Award\, she turned her focus to writing in Korean.
