This performance will feature the first 13 forms of the traditional 85-form Yang-style Tai Chi sequence\, highlighting the art’s smooth transitions\, controlled movement\, and harmony of body and mind.  \n\n\n\nRooted in the lineage of renowned Tai Chi master Fu Shengyuan\, this demonstration offers visitors a glimpse into the depth and beauty of traditional Yang-style Tai Chi as both a martial art and a practice of balance\, focus\, and well-being.     \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Instructor\n\n\n\nJamie Homayoun began studying Tai Chi in Shanghai at a young age under Master Fu Shengyuan of the Fu family lineage. This class will introduce the fundamental principles of Tai Chi Chaun (or Taijiquan) using the Yang Style 24 Posture Form. We will work on posture and body alignment alongside principles of movement and meditation.
