The camellia is arguably the most famous of all Chinese plants, as it is the main source of tea. Green, black and white tea all come from the Camellia sinensis plant. The camellia is also a prized ornamental plant thanks to its large, bright colored flowers. On March 23 - 25, the garden will celebrate this Chinese plant with a gorgeous floral display.
The Camellia Display is generously supported by the Oregon Camellia Society.
