Peak season is June through September; Off-peak is October through May.

Rental Types & Pricing
Events With Catering
This type of rental allows full-service catering of food and beverages. Rentals with catering are only available after-hours.
Examples: Weddings, receptions/banquets, corporate retreats, networking events, social or company parties
Things to Know
- Availability: You’ll receive four hours of event time after the garden has closed (Fall/Winter – 4:30 PM; Spring/Summer – 6:30 PM).
- Access: The rental includes exclusive access to the entire garden and all pavilions, excluding Yun Shui Teahouse.
- Parking: Rental includes complimentary use of the designated parking lot at the Lan Su Annex (3rd & Flanders) for the duration of the event, including load-in and load-out times.
- Decor: Decorative items are not permitted on the pavilion walls or garden structures. Decorative items such as lanterns must be pre-approved by Lan Su. The client is responsible for coordinating with Lan Su on hanging and taking down decorations.
- Security: A $600 security fee is required for after-hours rentals with catering.

Recommended Caterer
Lan Su has partnered with VT Group – Vibrant Table Catering for many years. Vibrant Table can provide all of your food, beverage, and event rental needs.
Lan Su is a unique venue and off-site catering is expensive, so we recommend contacting the caterer for a quote before booking the venue.
Events Without Catering
This type of rental does not allow clients to serve food or drinks.
Examples: Wedding ceremony, business meeting, workshop, book club, wellness class
Things to Know
- Availability: You can choose a two-hour event duration in the Morning (8:00–10:00 AM) or Evening (7:00–9:00 PM).
- Access: The rental includes exclusive access to the entire garden and all pavilions, excluding Yun Shui Teahouse.
- Decor: Decorative items are not permitted on the pavilion walls or garden structures.
- Security: A $225 security fee is required for event rentals without catering.
