Read Before Purchase: Important Policies
- All admission sales are final and nonrefundable.
- Admission sales are available up to 4 weeks in advance.
- Admissions can only be applied to daytime operation hours on a selected day.
- Fall/Winter Hours are 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with the last admission at 4:00 PM.
- Spring/Summer Hours are 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, with the last admission at 6:00 PM.
- Admissions cannot be applied to ticketed events such as Lunar New Year Lantern Viewing Evenings.
- If your plans change, you may choose to donate the value of your unused admissions or receive a pass for a future visit, please contact [email protected]. For other admission inquiries, please call 503-542-2923.
- Lan Su honors complimentary entry for one caregiver of each visitor with a mobility issue necessitating an extra helping hand.

Lan Su offers $2 off regular admission for active-duty military, veterans, and their immediate family with valid ID. Offer must be redeemed in person at the Lan Su Ticket Booth.
Arts for All & Museums for All
Lan Su Chinese Garden is a proud participant in the Museums for All and Arts for All programs, offering reduced admission to all Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) and WIC cardholders. Discounted admission of $5.00 per person is available for up to four individuals per EBT card.
Please note that Museums for All and Arts for All admission only applies to in-person admission purchases and cannot be reserved online.
