About the Film
Directed by Ang Lee, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon “臥虎藏龍” follows warrior Li Mu Bai (Chow Yun-Fat) in 19th-century Qing Dynasty China who gives his sword, Green Destiny, to his lover Yu Shu Lien (Michelle Yeoh) to deliver for safe keeping—until it is stolen, and the chase is on to find it. Co-starring Zhang Ziyi as Jen Yu and an original score featuring cello solos from Yo-Yo Ma, Crouching TIger, Hidden Dragon is a martial arts masterpiece and considered one of the greatest films of the 21st Century.
Special Performance: Summit Wushu Academy

Summit Wushu Academy was opened in 2012 by brothers Phillip and Peter Dang. With 25 years of experience of training and previously representing the United States National Wushu Team on the World stage, some of their students have also achieved awards in both national and international competitions.
Sifu Phillip is now working in stunts in the film industry and can be seen in recent films such as The Paper Tigers and Mulan. The school is currently led by Sifu Peter, who teaches out of his passion to spread the art and joy of Wushu.
Did you know? “Wushu,” also known as Kungfu, is the Chinese term for “martial arts.” Its movements combine speed, power, and flexibility with grace and precision.
