Lan Su is honored to host its second delegation visit from China this May, welcoming the Inner Mongolia Art Theatre, a leading state-affiliated performing arts company from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
This special event offers a rare opportunity to experience the distinctive dance and music traditions of Inner Mongolia, bringing the spirit of the great grasslands to Oregon’s only classical Chinese garden. Enjoy vibrant, nomadic inspired performances featuring throat singing, horse head fiddle, long tune songs, and more.
The first hour will feature a live performance, followed by a second hour of meet and greet, where visitors can engage in close up interactions with master musicians, dancers, and calligraphers for a more personal and immersive cultural experience.

There is free first come, first served parking in our sister lot next to the garden at 424 NW Third Avenue. Additional metered parking and garages are available on surrounding streets.
