Join guest instructor Virginia Norton for an introductory session of Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice that blends gentle movements, meditation, and breathwork to harmonize mind, body, and spirit. This holistic exercise enhances awareness and well-being, providing mental, emotional, and physical benefits such as inner calm, increased energy, pain relief, and profound peace.
Participants are also invited to stay after class for a 25-minute tour of Lan Su led by Lan Su Guide, Raynette Yoshida.

About the Instructor
Virginia Norton is a certified Qigong instructor with Ling Gui School and has trained under Master Liu He, Dr. Roger Jahnke, and other renowned masters. She holds certifications in Qigong, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu, with extensive expertise in traditional forms.

Free Lan Su Parking
There is free first come, first served parking in our sister lot next to the garden at 424 NW Third Avenue. You may also lock your bike to the interior of the parking lot fence.
Additional metered parking and garages are available on surrounding streets. Lan Su is also easily accessible by bus and MAX.
