NUNM Chinese Herbal Medicine Tea Demonstration
September 25 @ 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Friday, 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM | September 25 | Free with admission or membership
Experience Overview
NUNM’s Chinese Medicine students offer a tea demonstration rooted in Chinese herbal and seasonal tradition, exploring how the quality, flavor, and color of herbs align with the body’s seasonal needs throughout the year.
Yang Sheng, a philosophy of nourishing life, is expressed in this offering that highlights herbal tea as preventative medicine, a daily practice, and a reminder that humans are not separate from nature.
The students are also working with their Chinese Herbal Medicine instructor to formulate an Autumn-suitable herbal tea to share with Lan Su visitors during the program!
