Participate in an instructor led Hatha yoga session over-looking beautiful Lake Zither. Hatha yoga is a practice and series of poses linked with the breath to rejuvenate, revitalize, increase flexibility and strengthen the body. Hatha Yoga helps to bring suppleness and align the spine and bring calmness to the nervous system and the mind by detoxifying the muscles, fascia, and organs. These poses done with specific breath and awareness have proven to effectively relieve blood pressure, chronic fatigue, asthma, joint stiffness, reduce the pain from arthritis and many other conditions caused by mental and physical stress. The benefits of this practice of poses and breath are endless and can be quite personally profound. One needs to practice Hatha Yoga to experience its effects from inside out.
Sessions will be held on the Terrace. Please bring a yoga mat, as they will not be provided.
Free with garden Membership or admission; no registration required.
