Terri Hsing hails from Taiwan. Deeply steeped in Chinese culture, she's devoted her life to traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting, mentored by diverse masters. Her Chinese painting journey began with Master Tian-qi Rong, a disciple of Da-qian Zhan and Chang-shuo Wu. After studying under Professor Zhen-ji Lee, third-generation disciple of You-ren Yu, she's dedicated over three decades to Chinese Calligraphy. Since relocating to the US in 2002, she's harmonized her heritage with American culture, teaching art and Chinese traditions. Her unique art style blends eastern and western influences. She's exhibited widely and conducted numerous art workshops, promoting Chinese calligraphy and painting, and established Sing Art Studio to teach the art.
